Shipping:  USPS is our preferred shipping method. Your order will be shipped First Class, and a tracking number will be provided. If you have special shipping requirements, please specify this in the order details. Orders are processed generally within 48 hours upon submission. Larger and custom orders may take up to three weeks to create and prepare. If your order is needed by a specific date, please specify this in the order details. 

Return/Exchange policy:  Our happiness means you love your new jewelry, and you'll share that love with everyone you know. Therefore, if you're not completely satisfied, we will offer an exchange on a future purchase within 15 days of original delivery. Exchanged items must be unworn and in original condition. Each piece is carefully inspected before packaging. If it is determined that a piece arrives damaged due to a packing issue on our part, a full refund will be offered.
